The Call 8 Agreement is designed for customers in need of quick assistance in case of downtime within regular working hours. Naturally, the Call 8 Agreement can be customized to meet your specific needs, including:

  • Phone support within KIBO’s regular working hours
  • Reparation within 8 hours during KIBO’s regular working hours
  • Fixed hourly rate
  • Full compliance with WEA’s Executive Order no.1109 of 1992 as well as insurance and pension policies
  • Reports after each servicing. We always oil, adjust, change batteries and thoroughly go over each and every product from A to Z
