- Phone support within KIBO’s regular working hours
- Reparation within 4 hours during KIBO’s regular working hours
- Fixed hourly rate
- Full compliance with WEA’s Executive Order no.1109 of 1992 as well as insurance and pension policies
- Reports after each servicing. We always oil, adjust, change batteries and thoroughly go over each and every product from A to Z
