Securing our Future –
The Garda Group Sustainability Strategy

We manage our business and support our employees by adhering to recognized frameworks, scientific principles, and the expectations of various stakeholders, including employees, customers, and investors.

The Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) is among the key reporting standards we comply with, and our double materiality analysis has laid a solid foundation for focusing on our key areas.

The results of our double materiality analysis highlight four clear focus areas for our business:

  • ESRS E1: Climate Change
  • ESRS E5: Resource Use and Circularity
  • ESRS S1: Own Workforce
  • ESRS S2: Workers in the Value Chain

Our sustainability strategy ‘Securing our Future’, is grounded in the results of the double materiality analysis. It is structured around three key pillars, each with specific objectives, goals, and KPIs.
